New Class: MELT PERFORMANCE: Every Thursdays @ 8:30am- sign ups required. (no classes in February-class will resume March 1st, 2018)
Strength Classes Every Monday- Wed - Friday @ 9:30am
Saturday Zumba Date's: February 10th & 24th @10:30am
(Zumba is every Tues & Thurs and every 2nd & 4th Saturday of every month) @ 10:30am (exceptions for holiday schedules)
Ray's Sunday Ride and Tone: February 4th & 18th @ 9am
($5 drop in fee required, Class is 1- 1/2 hours, please bring a towel and water)

We aren't a corporate gym so we won't treat you like one. No hidden or initiation fees. Our annual pays a flat rate and month to month members pay their first and last at sign up.
8,000 square feet of floor space which include two rooms for our weighted machines and free weights.
We have over ten classes to choose from, and the best part, all fitness levels are welcome. We have a team of warm and friendly instructors who will keep you excited and engaged at your own pace and comfort level.

Want to take your workout outside? Checkout a basketball or hit your workout hard with our industrial sized tires for tire flips, slams, battle ropes and much more.
Our personal trainers each have over a decade of experience in their crafts. Each trainer will customize meal plans and workouts at your pace and level.
Our cycle instructors each bring their own style and variation to keep your experience fresh and exciting.
